I am trying to address my TE starter but the only conversations I have had, like 8 or so different teams, nothing even close to doable for a TE starter....so that does not look like an option at this time.

Thoughts on the team and any ideas on what you would do to improve?

Yes TE is a concern and I am not a McCoy fan either so RB 2 could be a problem

I agree Rowdy, I am looking at a couple of deals, thoughts on this one:

    I GIVE
    McCoy $20/4yrs
    Sims-Walker $56/tbd
    BMarshall $1/1yr
    Josh Johnson $1/3yrs

    I GET
    P Harvin $42/3yrs
    DeSean Jackson $2/3yrs
    J Finley $1/3yrs
    Johnny Knox $28/tbd

Now this is not to say that he will even consider the offer but from my end, if he did happen to accept it, I'm ok talent wise....right?

Just in case, tbd = to be determined

would this be a bad deal to offer?

    I GIVE
    McCoy $20/4yrs
    Sims-Walker $56/tbd
    BMarshall $1/1yr
    Josh Johnson $1/3yrs

    I GET
    P Harvin $42/3yrs
    DeSean Jackson $2/3yrs
    J Finley $1/3yrs
    Johnny Knox $28/tbd
    Also what about this option:

    I GIVE
    Andre Johnson $115/1yr
    LeSean McCoy $20/4yrs

    I GET
Greg Jennings $100/3yrs OR Anquan Boldin $70/tbd
    Dallas Clark $42/1yr

The second deal is a no brainer decline. Id think about taking the 1st because to re-sign Marshall you're going to have to pay through the nose, and this deal is pretty close already and next year and the year after you'd be saving whatever it would cost to re-sign Marshall which do you have any idea what that would be?

No clue what that would be but you are right that it would be a ton more than a $1. I am offering the first one to see if we can work something along those lines out but declining the second one.

Yeah I would try the first one...I don't like that second deal nearly as much.

I offered the first one and he went apeshit about it, so that is out.

I am not doing the second one either. I am weak at the TE spot but I am solid otherwise, especially if Schaub improves again this year. I made it to the championship game last year and lost, we will see this season.
