I was a little late noticing it myself...I have trouble remembering what happened yesterday, let alone last year! lol Don't know why I just took it for granted HRs would count!
Since the settings is for total bases we are still getting points for home runs. Every home runs is 4 total bases so its worth 4 points every time. Triples are 3 total bases so if your player has a triple he will score 3 points for that, and so on. Its a different way to get the scoring but its just like each type of hit(home run, triple, double, single) gets its correct amount of points without being scored indiviually.

I would not have really known either but I have played in a league before with the total bases as the scoring category and wondered the same thing u and Big D are talking about.
